Here you’ll find tips for making your on-line ordering experience a pleasant one.

It’s easy to place your order through idcatalog.com:

1. Browse through our catalog to select them items you'd like to buy.
2. Enter the quantity for each item on the page, then press the "Add to Cart" button. You need to select this button only one for all items on a page.
3. A pop-up window will confirm that your items have been added to your shopping cart.
4. You may view the contents in your cart at any time by pressing "View Cart" tab.
5. When finished shopping, press "View Cart" tab, and complete the requested information, including your billing & shipping addresses, credit card type and number. Be sure to include your telephone number and/or e-mail address so we may contact you if we have a question about your order.
6. When you have completed your shopping, verify that all information is correct.

Returns

Return policy for situations caused by customer error:  Stock items are returnable for credit without penalty within 30 days after date of invoice. A 20 percent restocking fee will be waived for items returned between 31 and 90 days after date of invoice if an additional order is entered at the time of return. Factory authorization is required for all returns, and returned material must be received as shipped from the factory in new stock condition. Items may not be returned after 90 days from date of invoice. Custom-ordered material may not be returned for credit at any time. For situations caused by manufacturer error, please contact the factory immediately for exchange.
